As a Decorative Arts Graduate, Meghan moved to Sheffield to begin the development of her professional ceramic career. Meghan then successfully completed the Yorkshire Artspace Ceramic Starter Studio Programme for Ceramicists in September 2017, and has since occupied her first independent studio at Persistence Works in Sheffield City Centre.
Meghan has exhibited at many well known events, completed commissions and taught ceramics. Her first major achievement was when she was chosen as ‘Newcomer of the Year 2016’ at the British Craft Trade Fair, sponsored by craft&design magazine. Meghan's ceramic work comprised of 2 main collections, the Italian collection and the Sheffield collection. These 2 bodies of work were shown at many events & galleries but is no longer produced, for images of these please see the 'Archived' Gallery section here.
Towards the end of 2018, Meghan began to develop a brand new collection of work with a more sculptural style. This new range was showcased at the group exhibition 'Exquisite Bodies' in April 2019 at Yorkshire Artspace's Persistence Works Gallery. To find out more about this please click here.
